They quickly diagnosed the source of the blockage with a camera and cleared the blockage and also showed me on the camera that part of the sewer line had broken which was the source of the problem. The technicians were very professional and courteous and explained everything that they were doing. We didn't get the gentelman's name but not only did he help us with our septic problem, he was so nice and so friendly and helpful and offered us a treatment to help us in the future for our tank but he didn't have any on his truck at the time so he promised to come back after lunch and deliver it to us...and he did!
