In one case, a contractor was going to dig up the yard and once Roto Rooter arrived, we realized that the other person would have dug up the yard on the wrong side of the house where the plumbing came into the house. They not only saved us time and money, but came in a timely manner so the homeowner would have bathrooms available for the weekend. - 11/25/2019

We were very pleased with the quick and efficient service we received this past week with Roto -Rooter ( 12/9) We called first thing in the morning and within the hour someone was contacting us and coming out to our house to help our situation. We didn't get the gentelman's name but not only did he help us with our septic problem, he was so nice and so friendly and helpful and offered us a treatment to help us in the future for our tank but he didn't have any on his truck at the time so he promised to come back after lunch and deliver it to us...and he did! We really appreciated the time and effort he took to serve us. We have always used Roto- Rooter here in Greeneville and would recommend them to anyone. - 12/11/2019 

Mr Pedro Gonzales and associate came out and quickly diagnosed and cleared our line. He explained and showed us what and where the problems were. They were professional and courteous. He gave us an estimate to have the line from the house to the main (road) connection and we have called and plan to have it replaced. I called Roto Rooter of Greeneville about a clogged sewer line on our garage. They responded promptly and had Nick and another technician to our place in less than two hours. They quickly diagnosed the source of the blockage with a camera and cleared the blockage and also showed me on the camera that part of the sewer line had broken which was the source of the problem. The technicians were very professional and courteous and explained everything that they were doing. I would definitely call them again if I ever have any similar issues in the future. - 3/23/2023

My basement bathroom was completely stopped up. I Called Roto Rooter Friday and they came out Friday afternoon. The two men that came out were professional and very polite. My drain pipe was filled with roots. They cleaned those out and then used the camera to make sure the pipe was clear.I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the bill.
