Hand dug my tank up (both lids), helped by breaking off (with my permission of course) an outdated piece of my tank off to help save me money from getting a newer tank and decrease the need for unnecessary cleanouts, installed a riser at my request, and helped locate my hidden leech field and pipes. We didn't get the gentelman's name but not only did he help us with our septic problem, he was so nice and so friendly and helpful and offered us a treatment to help us in the future for our tank but he didn't have any on his truck at the time so he promised to come back after lunch and deliver it to us...and he did! My basement bathroom was completely stopped up. I Called Roto Rooter Friday and they came out Friday afternoon. The two men that came out were professional and very polite. My drain pipe was filled with roots. They cleaned those out and then used the camera to make sure the pipe was clear.I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the bill.
