I can't praise these folks enough. I have a friend who is a flood victim.We are trying to salvage his home and were mucking out basement but the drain for entry to basement from outside was packed full and clogged. Noone would help they answered the call went immediately and got him to were it will drain and now when it rains his basement will not flood again. Absolute heroes in my book. He takes pride in his work and was extremely helpful with insightful suggestions and didn't fluff me with needless upselling; just tells you how it is. Hand dug my tank up (both lids), helped by breaking off (with my permission of course) an outdated piece of my tank off to help save me money from getting a newer tank and decrease the need for unnecessary cleanouts, installed a riser at my request, and helped locate my hidden leech field and pipes. Bear came to our house and diagnosed our issues quickly and accurately. He only charged us the original estimate price to run the video camera but he did so much more than that to show me my other issues. Thank goodness I didn’t have a cracked pipe, but instead the filter was clogged again after just 6 months. He also figured out where the septic smell was coming from which included having to open all three of my septic tanks and cleaning the filter at no additional charge. We were very pleased with the quick and efficient service we received this past week with Roto -Rooter ( 12/9) We called first thing in the morning and within the hour someone was contacting us and coming out to our house to help our situation. We didn't get the gentelman's name but not only did he help us with our septic problem, he was so nice and so friendly and helpful and offered us a treatment to help us in the future for our tank but he didn't have any on his truck at the time so he promised to come back after lunch and deliver it to us...and he did! My basement bathroom was completely stopped up. I Called Roto Rooter Friday and they came out Friday afternoon. The two men that came out were professional and very polite. My drain pipe was filled with roots. They cleaned those out and then used the camera to make sure the pipe was clear.I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the bill. It was much less than I had been told I should expect to pay for this service.If I ever need anymore plumbing work of this type I will definitely give them a call. - 3/25/2019

In one case, a contractor was going to dig up the yard and once Roto Rooter arrived, we realized that the other person would have dug up the yard on the wrong side of the house where the plumbing came into the house. They not only saved us time and money, but came in a timely manner so the homeowner would have bathrooms available for the weekend. - 11/25/2019
